Kimpton Hotel Theta, an IHG Hotel

Great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean, modern, nice room.

Location was perfect for tourists, just a block or 2 away from Broadway and Times Square. The hotel is also not massive, just 15 floors so didn't feel super crowded or busy. The roof top restaurant and bar were lovely offering nice views. The room was fabulous. Well stocked; iron, hairdryer, robes, fridge, safe, toiletries, sofa and table and additional items available on request. The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Water in the room and access to a water/ice machine on each floor. The room was generous and the bathroom lovely, much bigger than we were expecting for such a central hotel. There is a morning cafe downstairs in the reception that we didn't use but had a good selection of hot drinks and pastries. There is also a handy little market in reception with a few things in. We were able to stow our luggage on our last day with no hassle, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location; excellent beds; clean bathroom

The location was perfect right by 5th Ave, food places, Times Square and Central Park. It felt very safe both at hotel and surrounding area both day and night. It was clean and modern and very friendly staff and accommodating. It was very nice to have free social hour to have a couple of glasses of wine up on the rooftop with beautiful views and twinkle lights of the sunset. The hotel should have a couple more options at the restaurant for teenage friendly like some regular type sodas and food options.
